ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after business hours begin processing the next business day.
During high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. We do not rush orders at the expense of accuracy.
SHIPPING METHODS
We ship via reputable national carriers. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.
Tracking information is automatically sent via email once your order ships.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Weather
Carrier network disruptions
Address errors
Delivery exceptions outside our control
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require additional shipping charges to be re-sent.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 5 business days so we can initiate a carrier investigation.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
If your order arrives visibly damaged:
Photograph the package before opening
Photograph contents immediately
Contact support within 48 hours
